Coming to Boston from Newfoundland are the impressive Hey Rosetta! - a band we've been hearing lots about over the last year. And it seems with good reason - the six-piece are finalists for a prestigious Polaris Prize - the Canadian version of the Mercury Music Prize. Hey Rosetta! are one of just 10 finalist bands (a list marked - most notably - by Canada's Metric) - that were culled from hundreds of acts from across the country. The band plays the Middle East next Tuesday night - appearing in a lineup that includes Toronto's Dearly Beloved. Tickets are $8 and are on sale now.
