Magic Man returns to Boston with his Film in hand
GOING OUT - David Messier is a very serious man about his music. The native Bostonian returns this week to debut his most ambitious film and music creation to date on Thursday. Presenting under the creative moniker David Starbuckle, the first Boston showing of a wild and inspiring new film/visual album, “Bang! It’s David Starbuckle: The Movie,” is happening Thursday, October 24th, at The Coolidge Corner Theater (located at 290 Harvard St, Brookline, MA at 7:30pm. It's a film about life and the making of an album. The record, Bang! It's David Starbuckle, is a really clean full sounding record capable of opening eyes and soothing wild beasts. The film looks to turn some of these sounds on their head. I for one, cannot wait! Tickets for tomorrow's show are available online . Is ambitious a strong enough word?
